- Supporting your child’s education – Living with Special Educational Needs (SEN) means that your child may face challenges every day before even getting to the school gates. We can help families secure and manage Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure children and young adults receive the support they need as well as helping with their transition into adulthood.
For families in Wales, local authorities don’t issue EHCPs, rather Individual Development Plans (IDPs). We can guide Welsh parents and carers of children who have special educational needs on navigating the Welsh education system, to help them with accessing the best possible support.

- Supporting you with Court of Protection – Our Court of Protection team offers support to families with disabled or seriously ill children by providing guidance on managing the affairs of those who lack the capacity to do so themselves. They can support with deputyship applications and trusts to help make decisions in the child’s best interests, ensuring their needs are met and rights protected. They can also assist with setting up Personal Injury Trusts and offer advice on setting up lasting powers of attorney.
