“Do you know the one thing that I’ve noticed when people talk to me about Gympanzees?? It’s the team! People always have such praise for them. We wouldn’t be Gympanzees without our wonderful team.
I feel incredibly privileged to work with such a committed group of people who are so passionate about our goals and go above and beyond to make it happen. No one is just an employee at Gympanzees; we all truly believe in the vision.
Over the past 9 months, we have had some big transitions. The team has doubled in size, and I couldn’t be prouder of the resilience and determination everyone has shown to get us to where we are today. We have faced enormous challenges along the way; roles have changed and developed, but the team has remained cheerful and professional. They really pulled together during this period, and we are most definitely stronger as an organisation for it.
Our team is a diverse one, which brings a wealth of experience and just the right blend of personable and professional traits to deliver the best service we can to both our families and our business supporters.
The feedback I receive from our families is always so positive at the Pop-Up. This includes our amazing Pop-Up staff and volunteers who always go the extra mile to make our families’ visits the best they can be. This feedback extends to the professional world when building relationships with our supporters.
Our incredible Lending Library volunteers consistently go above and beyond to deliver the best service for our families, whether it is just a quick equipment drop-off or a friendly ear that is willing to listen.
They are a very special group of individuals, and I would like to personally thank each and every one of them for working so hard on making our dream a reality.”
