Gympanzees on the road!
After missing out on our usual Pop Up events during the pandemic, we decided to take Gympanzees on the road and visit multiple locations! This way, we could reach more families in a fun, Covid safe and accessible way.
We visited Barton Hill, Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Newport, St Annes Bristol and Bath with a smaller version of our pop-up play and exercise facilities.
Each venue had a range of adapted, sensory, accessible, and fun equipment. There was a mix of gym equipment, soft play, sensory equipment, swings and hammocks and light and vibration toys.
We had over 500 children, and young people visit across the five locations

Our Appeal
To open our new facility, the first of its kind in the UK, we need to raise £2.2 million, which will secure us a building and fill it with specialist rooms and fantastic inclusive and accessible sensory and exercise equipment.
Our new home will be open seven days a week and provide endless possibilities for health, happiness and support and will create cherished family memories such as a 3-year-old laughing for the first time, a 6-year-old taking his first steps, siblings playing together, and parents making friendships with others who understand the disability world.
